Random loot is and will always be a part of an MMORPG, it's the sad truth. It gives you less chance to obtain it but you still feel that "today is your chance" that makes you play the game longer...

Looks like overheating issues with your graphics card... try to download MSI Afterburner and check the temperature (max should be 90 degrees celsius, top max is 100) if the temperatures are too high...

Yes you will use the exact same account so nothing will be lost wherever youd play on your ps3 or PC.
Or sadly one thing wont carry over its keybinds, macros and armor sets so youd have to setup...
