very true. I think SE should just remove the probability mechanics and adjust the damage accordingly, if at all. It really would make the class feel much nicer outside of cooldowns.

its 50/50 given infinite tries. Players don't care about their overall probability being 50/50 they care about their current statistics in the current fight.

Correct. You will also have a net gain in high mobility fights.

RDM has it much easier since they are only relying on procing verfire/verstone off of verthunder or veraero. Verholy and Verflare will always be 100% if done right. That's one skill you have to worry...

We don't need to change the potency values. If we just changed the resource building it would make the build stronger in AOE (without being too strong) as well as make the build in its current state...
