It is not a trait. The job crystal changes your stats when you equip it. All your traits come from the class tree.

Yes, THM 30 / ARC 15. We also pull from ACN so you should at least consider getting physik (it's like lvl 2 or something), virus seems useful too.

I posted this in the other BLM thread that Sandkat started as well, but here it is. Proof that you must get ARC 15 for BLM. I also have ACN already at 15 so it may or may not be required as well....
