You can select the target of your target with the T key. You can configure in the Keybind panel.

Also, you don't need a macro for every skill... only would need one for targetting and then use...

Lancer have a bunch of skills which effect depens on position (flank, rear...).
Archer have a skill to jump backwards.
Arcanist & Conjurer can push enemies...

I don't know if there are more...

And for your retainer you need to do a story quest around level 20.

I play in pc with a 360 pad.

I release the limit break with A buttom.

No many tanks and even less healers. As DD you need to wait around 30 minutes to get a party.
