Don't think I've ever seen someone say "goodbye" so many times and keep coming back just to insult others then say "goodbye" again.

People complain about paladins using clemency? Why?
If I see my tank using a self heal, I really don't care, I have my own things to worry about and them being able to maintain themselves gives...
Wait, he makes alts and buys jump tokens just to troll? Talk about dedication to the job while lining SE's pocketbooks, regardless of the result of pass or fail.
I at least want them to undo the decision that was "homogenize Selene and Eos into glamour pets" first because there's little reason to do such a thing if it means nothing more than "SCH can maybe...
Why not just give both for weapon coffers for choice and just discard/desynth/sell what isn't wanted? And if that's the best they could do is call you out on your choice of a weapon between 1 hand...
So why not just do the same for wands and shields then??? Not like the Off-Hand tab gets any use unless you're a crafter or paladin specifically.
Hopefully one of the changes will concern overwrites between shields and regens. And especially since Sage is about to be a barrier healer, it's gonna be rough for scholar mains to deal with those...
I thought they did come as a set nowadays? I recall running Byakko when it was relevant and the Paladin weapon dropped 3 times in a row. Each time it was both the sword and shield together, so why...
Ninja getting ignored? Dang..
I kinda like the thought of being able to block while leveling another healer (sch mainly, so the loss of shields is rough to get used to though) while also standing out a little, but I'm finding it...
"Wait, your health is full! Everyone's health is full! What do I do until the next low damage/1 hp raid-wide now??? I only have 1 ST, AoE, and dot for damage!!"
I'd much rather we just get Shadowflare, Misma 2, and Bane back than keep spamming this in mobs, especially ones who have wide aoes or debuffs applied on hit. At least it was more engaging..
1. I...
The only problem with this concept is that it ends up affecting Scholar at the same time if it's something that'll likely end up affecting Arcanist at the root. Unless they full begin splitting SCH...
I don't believe I've ever gone into that method of thinking once I got better at healing. Sunk cost has no bearing on "is this person worth my mana or just gonna be the group Floor Tank all...
I'll stop actively trying to keep people alive if:
- They have an attitude because of something minor and irrelevant said/asked of them
- They try to control how I play my role when they keep...
If content actually did more randomly timed damage instead of predictable bursts (not counting mistakes), then his view of a healer would be fine. But what he wants and how fights are designed are...
I thought the reason no one had job quests anymore was due to creative burnout on furthering everyone's reasons for learning their new skills from 72-80 and just had the role quests as a "New World"...
That's why Dissipation is strictly for emergencies with a magic potency boost for stronger shields (and physick) until Lily comes back to give out filler recovery again. Indom and Lustrate...
That would only work if they completely rework the system of what even charges the fairy gauge first, and even then, what would they do to Lustrate since slapping a cooldown on it completely defeats...
So it wasn't just me who noticed that I could no longer travel to other worlds when the servers came back up. Wonder what happened.
I believe you may want to put this in the "Other Battle Systems" or General Discussion if you're asking across the board rather than healer specific here.
Healers in general don't do a ton of damage anymore (ok, maybe except WHM now with their multiple high potency spells), especially Sch unless you have crit out the wazoo and even then you're pressed...
Planning ahead means reducing as much damage as possible as a **shield healer** which Scholar just so happens is. Otherwise, there's literally no worthwhile purpose to be overhealing that much if I...
Considering as soon as you and your group learn a boss fight and where the avoidable damage comes from, the absolute need to use all 3 stacks like that diminishes greatly. Especially considering how...
A path companion? Forgive me, I learned about the game after stormblood released.
Otherwise, I wouldn't mind fighting with a wolf (primals or other) or a trained snake/bomb/pirate depending on...
