Pre-pull regens are fine. If you can't catch aggro with a regen on you, that's on you bud. Definitely in 50/60 dungeons.

I would've kicked that AST the moment he started justifying pulling as a healer and letting the tank die.

When I'm tanking and people are pulling themselves, they can go ahead and tank it themselves. I only take aggro off the ones that focus on someone other than the puller.

The WHM single target holying bugged me the most.

Just has a Leviathan (Hard). Our White Mage was Holying single targets and our Astrologian went into Nocturnal sect even though we had a White Mage.

I can honestly admit I do this too. Unless one of those pulled mobs loses aggro off the puller, I just stand and watch. I take aggro off the ones that aggro to someone else though.

You really should've went tank stance. Regardless of healers gear, you clearly couldn't handle the damage properly without it.

If the tank couldn't keep aggro because of a regen and medics II, that's on him.

I tank too and a single flash or shield lob is enough to keep aggro at the beginning. HoTs or not. You can't expect...
