In aion, Ranger isn't balanced because of weaving and kitte. It's too powerfull in this game (I played one as a main and it's a really bad example to use Aion as argument)

The problem is the gear you can get from savage content should be with an higher ilvl. Decrease rate chance to drop 210 gear from diadem didn't change anything.

The best that can do a company for their customers is subs or P2P. F2P aka P2W is not really good for the game in term of quality. You can see that in a lot of F2P currently.
