Orghana just spawned on Cerberus infact. 50 hours, 41 minutes since maintenance. So yes it does appear to be the same.

Also popped on Cerberus, in one instance.

Isn't that determined by the amount of people present at the previous FATE? It was all solo'd. I'll check it again...

Just following up on this. Can confirm that sometimes the NPC for this FATE does have a much larger amount of HP. Usually approx 500k, and then it will sometimes be approx 1.3m.

Same thing on Cerberus.

I wonder then if it's similar to Senmurv and Cerf's Up. Both kills earlier on Cerby happened a weather change or two after Gales, but I don't think that has any bearing on it.
