So we got 16 people to run The Diadem, most from the FC and a few randoms. We got the formation of alliance message and got our ships ready but once we got into the instance we were not formed?

Not to be to critical but why wouldn't you want to invite more people to your FC? not talking about lets get 500 members but AT LEAST a few others that you meet and know for a bit before inviting....

And please don't forget the walls/floor/lighting/outside stuff...

I know it said owner (personal house) must log in to reset the timer but i still wonder if the "set permission for 5 people" thing will count towards this timer... kinda the same way a FC member can...

Always great to hear from the team but this really doesn't address the problem here... it will actually make it worse since your adding a ton more common items for the retainers to bring back.
