They drop specific deep colored clusters, they drop them not very often, and they drop them in very low amount. Add to that any trip to a sector dropping them usually takes 30+ hours per sector...

The first time I did the fight both healers died from the ability he does before he zones the area out. As a result all of the dps died during his screen breaker, and only the 2 tanks were left alive...

It depends on whether you want CP. With 5x Tier IV the mainhand still falls short of stats compared to the i180, but it does allow you to get 4 CP.

Personally I only do it on certain node spawns (the ones that are particular far away). That said, I have the benefit of 50~ odd tokens left so I'm not very worried about being short on materials....

Bronco sail has the added side-benefit that it looks a lot better then any of the propellers.

You must have some pretty amazing melds then. I was fully melded apart from tools and I was still missing some control. I'm going to assume you used control/craftmanship food and/or buffs then.

If by most you mean 6 out of 13 items crafted items, then yes. If you are comparing them to AF only, then 4 out of 6.

Also, altho they can be melded, it will cost quite a bit to fully meld them.
