Yes, UI is to small even with recent patch fix. I am using similar to yours settings. Depending on a window I sometimes make it even 120%.

私も見づらくなってると感じます！
PS4 Pro、4kテレビ、“PS4 Pro”拡張設定、全体表示倍率１５０％にしています。
チャットログの文字とNPCの吹き出しがめっちゃ小さいです。
キャラクターコンフィグ→チャットログ設定→ログ詳細→フォントサイズを20にしても蟻のような文字の大きさです。

私もそれが欲しいです！ないと・・・指がめっちゃ疲れますわ。
WXHBはすばらしい、８個表示のもとてもいい、使いたいがミックスがないと私には使えません。
