Changing Pre-Order Payment info
Is there some way to do this? There isn't an account to login to do so. I've tried contacting customer support from the merchandise store to no response other than

What kind of store front in this type of e-commerce age takes over 24 hours to respond to inquiries or not have any type of real-time support during normal business hours?
