My lodestone photo hasn’t updated since I fantasia’d from my Elezen to my current Miqo’te well over a week ago. I’ve never had this issue before as usually it updates after a few hours, has anyone else had this issue? I hope it gets fixed soon!

Same. I Fantasia'd my alt a week ago today, and it's still showing the picture from before that.
There is on-going maintenance for the forums/Lodestone which has halted updating avatars/profile pictures. I think it ends on July 18, or is supposed to. They announced about a week ago it had to be extended.
