A Stage Reborn is performing a full adaptation of "I Want to Be Your Canary" from Final Fantasy IX in-game! Everybody is invited and it's free/open for all to attend including the XIV team, Mr. Yoshida, and any other Square Enix Staff. We know you're super busy with your jobs, but we would love to have you watch!

December 30th (Friday) and December 31st (Saturday)
Doors open at 4:30 P.M. PST, show starts at 5:00 P.M. PST.

(An encore performance may occur around 5:30 P.M. PST.)


Information on attending/viewing the event (i.e. house rules, camera settings) as well as photos from our photoshoot are available via our e-Flier at ASR.to/canary. Not on Diabolos? You can make a Lv. 1 alt. We have F.C. space just for cross-server visitors! Not in-game? It'll be live-streamed and archived later to YouTube! Got questions or comments? Post them below!

Located in-game at Diabolos (Primal) - The Lavender Beds, 8th Ward, Plot 28, Bottom Level. The set is always open, so if you'd like to stop by for a sneak peek (even during rehearsal times) feel free to do so! Come see how a show gets put together!

I actually think this is a pretty fun idea. And I've always found that play to be under appreciated. I probably won't be able to make it though, even on an alt. :(

Although the play itself is a very quick and abridged tragic romance, it made for an exceptional learning experience for the team. We've learned a lot of neat and amazing things you can do on FFXIV -- and hopefully you'll be able to see the results via the recording being posted later in January once the show closes.

Let me know the name of your alt so we can put you in the FC for a quick teleport! We have 4 FCs in the ward near the theater it's being run out of. :)

I see you are having the play in the Lavender beds and I always start in Gridania so i should have no problem getting there.

FFIX is one of my favorite FF games! I'll definitely be there! :D
