Wanted: Gauwyn the Gannet

So ... when i logged into my INN bedroom this morning in Ul'dah, i got a cut-scene where someone shouts that Dalamud is falling from the sky... This led to a small quest for Level 15 involving a weapon thief, and then rather un-epically, the quest ended and nothing more ... but i have this unique untradable item in my inventory ... it's a poster scroll entitled; Wanted: Gauwyn the Gannet.

I'm not sure if this cut-scene was in the game previously...

Does anyone know what to do with this wanted poster?

log out in inn at grid for next part, then in limsas inn

Those 3 quests have been in since a patch or 2 ago. You must have just now met the requirements. i.e. free quest log space, wanted poster and uldah inn stay
