For Version 1.0 Users that Did Not Receive their Beta Invite

Greetings everyone,

To better help the version 1.0 users that did not receive their Beta Test email, we've created a special flow to get assistance from our Support Center. Visit the FFXIV: ARR Support Center Site.

Then fill out the fields using the following information:

• Contact Category: Accounts/ID
• Contact Sub Category: Registration Code
• Contact Details: Blocked Phase 3 Beta Test Invite

Click "Next" (you will need to log into your Square Enix account) to proceed to "Email Support". In the Detailed Condition field, simply provide the following information:

• Registered Email Address (if different than what was entered in Contact Email Address field)
• Square Enix ID

The Support Center agents will then review your ticket and Square Enix account information and if you are confirmed a beta recipient, we will reply with your Beta Test key and instructions on how to register it.

Thank you once again for your patience and we hope to get everyone into the Beta as soon as can.

I would prefer that 1.0 users use the flow that we set up, as it has been specially created and tracked to address the issue quickly. While yours has useful information in general, version 1.0 users should use the details I posted for the speediest resolution.

Updated all my other forum posts and used your set of specific instructions, linking to your main topic.

Previously, following the instructions I included in the first post would result in you needing to enter a registration code in when submitting a ticket. However, we've fixed the issue and that is now optional.

I just put 0000-0000-0000-0000 is that fine? or should I remake the ticket again?

Should I cancel the ticket I opened Saturday for this issue and just open a new one for the special queue?

Thanks to you guys for making a priority queue to sort these out. Really looking forward to this weekend - I believe my really old LS friends and about 4-5 IRL friends should all get to play together now. Excited.

is this for the weekend betas or is there a 24/7 beta also? im 1.0 CE holder and am jw?
