I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for compensation. However, for anyone whose subscriptions are ending shortly, you could wait until they fix these glaring issues before re-subscribing.

We'd like to sincerely apologize for the lag that has been occurring within instances since the release of patch 2.2. We are currently working on addressing this issue while maintaining gameplay conditions that will allow you to continue to play without the need for maintenance, and we expect conditions to improve gradually.

Compensation?
I think most would prefer a maintenance if it would speed up the recovery of the servers working properly.

Thanks for the updates. It hasn't been bad for me, and occasional, but I know for others it's been really annoying. Hope the team can find the cause. :)
