Problem to complete "Once More unto the Breeches"

I can't complete "Once More unto the Breeches" mision.

I need to craft 3 Hempen Breeches, and i craft 3 "Hempen Breeches of Crafting" but
tthey don't count so i can't complete the mision.

what can i do? I had abandoned the mision several times, and crafted more than 6 "Hempen Breeches of Crafting" but it's useless.
