Steps:

1. Scan entire zone with widescan and cannot find the monster Tejas anywhere in Abyssea - Attohwa. Continue for 40 minutes with no sign of Tejas.

2. Scan entire zone with widescan and cannot find the monster Fulmotondro anywhere in Abyssea - Vunkerl. Continue for 25 minutes with no sign of Fulmotondro.

3. Conclude that the aforementioned monsters are not spawning due to a bug since in Abyssea - Misareaux the avatar Jala is up at up to 3 spawn points.
