How do i get the best possible dmg from fudo? i see people with other empy weapons doing like 3-4k average on glavoid n such but its rare that i hit this even on nomal abyssea mobs, any gear / atma best for this?

Fudo can get up to 4k on some of the weaker content but you're going to need Red Curry Buns, stacked attack on your Fudo build, lucky Double/Triple attacks and such.
And change to MNK so you can Smite things and do better damage.

Nyosan uses Tachi: Fudo.
The Observer takes 5417 points of damage.

No food, no Berserk, no Hasso, and it went from 100% to 0%, so the damage potential was higher than that. Granted, it was a trash mob so it's not like it matters anyway.

Sanjurio's right though; other jobs are still much more effective in Abyssea.

If you want tips on gear, post what you're using now.

for high fudo Shot go with GC/SB/alpha&omega . but your overall dmg will suck
