Wrong and multiple hint from abyssite of discernment

Steps:
This bug occured twice to me and a friend of mine. Claiming a NM with a spell like flash or ninjutsu caused to give fire elemental weakness hint from abyssite of discernment even on days where this can't be true, and shortly after if you cast another elemental spell it gives you the right hint that is obviously not fire. I don't seem to be able to reproduce this bug everytime i claim a NM.
