Migawari with Iga+2 doesnt work

Yesterday in Abyssea - Ulegerand my migawari didnt work when Ogopogo used Tiwal wave, I took 2900/3200HP. With +2. My friends are currently killing Resheph and again migawari miss.

I dont know if it is a bug or something like that.

Steps: In Abyssea - Altepa, I was using Migawari: Ichi with Iga Ningi +2 equiped and when Long-Barreled Chariot uses Homming Missile Migawari miss.

In Abyssea - Uleguerand, I was using Migawari: Ichi with Iga Ningi +2 equiped and when Ogopogo uses Tidal Wave Migawari miss. And when Vidiho and Diwal were fighting Resheph too, they used Migawari and it uses Tarsal Slam Migawari miss.
