    [EU]Current Known Issues (May 10)

    As of May 10, 2011, we have confirmed the following issue. Investigation and recovery work is currently underway. We ask for your patience in this matter until the issues have been resolved.

    [Issue details]

    - Under certain conditions, items may be mistakenly delivered to characters.

    * While the matter is being investigated, we will temporarily suspend the delivery service. The delivery service as well as the mailbox functions are currently unavailable.
    * This issue was resolved by the emergency maintenance conducted on May 10, 2011 at 17:00 (GMT). The delivery service as well as the mailbox functions are now functioning as normal.

    We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
