    Qu'Hau Spring does not work

i am trying to redo DM quest.

i have stood in Ro'Maeve many days in front of Qu'Hau Spring during fullmoon
90%-100%-90% and with no weather active but have not seen the spring fill up with water for me to get my moonlight ore. i am tired of leaving my character in front of the spring and watching it all day (earth time) to see the time start 90% fullmoon to become 100% fullmoon and to see it drop back down to 90%fullmoon. during the game times of 18:00-06:00 and not ever seeing the spring fill up.

i think the spring is not working anymore because of the lack of people going to ro'maeve so SE turned the spring off.

Umm just for clarification when you say no weather, you mean no elemental based weather was going on or it was "Clear skies" no weather. Because the sky has to be totaly clear in order for the fountain to fill, meaning no clouds, fog, potential rain, ect. which is extremely rare.

As Swords has put it, this is could very much be the case. Please make sure you do not have weather effects turned off in your "Config" menu. If you experience this again when the weather is visually completely clear please feel free to reply here with the bug template in the stick filled out and we will certainly submit the report for you. Thank you!

This might be a dumb question but have you met the following conditions? I ask because I noted you are trying to re-do DM. You can't do anything until you drop the earring you have, get a CS as explained below, then do the spring watch.

    Walkthrough for ReacquisitionEdit
Can only be done once per Conquest Tally.
    ■Drop your current earring.
■Receive the quest at the unmarked target in the main entrance of The Shrine of Ru'Avitau.
How the spring should look when time/weather is correct.
Added by RmajereThis will appear as a second Divine Might quest in your quest log with a different description.
■Get a Light Ore. (Illuminink and Parchment for an Ark Pentasphere is a good idea too).
■Wait for a Full Moon and go to Qu'Hau Spring in Ro'Maeve. During the Full Moon with clear weather and between the hours of 0:00 to 3:00, trade the Light Ore to the spring and receive the Moonlight Ore. (You must drop your current earring and receive the cutscene before this can be obtained.)
■Get an Ark Pentasphere as well, if needed.
■Unlike the Ark Pentasphere, each individual who wants to obtain a new earring must possess their own Moonlight Ore.
    ■Redo the Divine Might fight.
■Return to the unmarked target in The Shrine of Ru'Avitau to pick up your new earring.
