FFXI-3305 error when trying to login (Sylph server)

Details:
Got the errror FFXI-3305 Unabled to connect to world server. Specified operation failed when trying to log in on Sylph server.

Steps:

1. I got disconnected from the game
2. Attempted to log back in immediately by restarting the game.
3. Received the following error after I attempted to log in.

"Unabled to connect to world server. Specified operation failed"

4. Tryed a lot of time, the same error message is still displayed
5. Checked on ffxi communities, the problem happened for other people too, server crash ?
