What server has GM? Certainly not on Fenrir.

GMs are not server specific. However, the same GM staff (or at least, staff in the same facility) handles in-game support for both FFXI and FFXIV.

I have made GM requests and gotten an email reply three or four days later. I don't call an email three days later a GM response.
