Here's an old thought I meant to make as an official suggestion a while ago...and I think I read something here about doing something specific to make it an official suggestion but couldn't find it, in any case...

So it's hard to make low level parties now. One thing that could help that would be to be able to seek on multiple jobs at once. Might take some work coding but I feel it's definitely a good idea. To illustrate the idea (and my basic paint skills) here's a pic:
