    [EU] Registration Server Technical Difficulties (Apr. 13)

    We are currently experiencing the following technical difficulties with the PlayOnline registration servers.
    The issue is currently being addressed and new updates will follow as additional information becomes available.

    [Issue Details]
    Customers using ELV (Elektronisches Lastschriftverfahren) are unable to create new accounts, reactivate old accounts, change payment methods, or purchase optional services for PlayOnline.

    Players may experience the following:
    - Unable to log into FINAL FANTASY XI due to the system stating that you have no Content ID.
    - Unable to access Membership.

    The ongoing technical difficulties with the PlayOnline registration servers are currently being addressed.
    We cannot yet provide an estimated recovery time, but will provide an update as soon as the information is available.
