    Monthly Objectives is gone from RoE menu. Also the npc is absent.

    Monthly RoE

    I am getting the same problem on all my characters when I access the NPC for rewards, my character freezes and can't exit out nor move my character... all other activity still proceeds but nothing for my character... please help almighty SE, you my only hope.

    While we do appreciate that you have brought our attention to the trouble you experienced, the amount of information provided is insufficient for us to conduct an investigation into the cause of the possible error and how we can resolve it. In order to have the information that would be necessary to investigate this matter for you, could you please respond with the information from the following template. Which you can do by either responding to this thread or creating a new thread in the In-game Bugs section of the forum.     When you create a new thread, please use the following template and try to include as much detail as possible.

    Thread Title:
    Short outline explaining what sort of issue you are experiencing.

    Specify which platform was in use to play the game.(“PlayStation2”, Windows, and/or Xbox 360)

    Name of ISP you use to connect to the Internet.

    Type of Internet Connection:
    Specify the type of connection. (dial-up, DSL, CATV, Optic Fiber, Other)

    Detailed steps on how the issue occurred.
    *Please try to include the following details.

    Please do your best to write using official terms for item names and skill/ability names. Please avoid any abbreviations or improper terms.
