Steps:
I came back to FFXI after a few years of being gone.

Talked my friend into joining and waited for him to get on... while I did this he chose a different world so I had to world transfer.

I performed a world transfer on your website and when I logged into my main character I discovered I was missing roughly 3Mil in gil and had only 340,000(roughly).

I talked to individuals on the phone an hour ago and told me to call a GM in-game.

The GM said he could not do anything and to come here and report a bug.

UPDATE??: Is there an update? I haven't heard anything I've just been waiting and waiting.... (4 May 2019)
