Steps:
1. Missing Spharai relic knuckles, item was completed but not afterglow
2. returned to game after 3 year break, searched up and down and cannot locate
3. Linkshell member indicated server "lost" many artifacts during a maintenance and needed to GM call to have item returned
4. GM call made, information suggested creating a post to track and resolve

Edit: GM made contact in-game and informed thread needed to be moved to bugs and DEV team would investigate, might take weeks to locate.

Updated Linkshell member indicated some time in the past 3 years a server maintenance wiped out many players relic or in process pieces and deleted the item, a GM call would be necessary to get the deleted item returned.

This remains unresolved, i did get an email asking how SE handled my problem but have yet to be contacted by them
