Relocate Weaver Torque and Alchemist torque since Mys. Boxes don't work in Tu'lia?

I'm just asking if it's possible to relocate these two to different dungeon zones that has grounds of valor because Myriad mystery boxes do not affect in sky for those who do wish to obtain these.

I've already had these two for a long time, just thought maybe would help for those who has difficulty for long time without having myriad mystery boxes in Tu'lia because it doesn't reach there.

I dunno, I was farming an Ullikummi pop 2 weeks ago. I was deliberately opening each chest that dropped while killing and got a Weaver's Torque by accident. I couldn't tell you what was active, but I was getting chests from every second or third mob I killed, so I don't believe the chests are particularly rare, Myriad boxes or not.
