Need Help Obtaining Bravura!

Good evening, fellow adventurers.

My name is Sketchy from Fenrir, but my particular problem is with my secondary character Amaretta (also on Fenrir)

I have recently finished gathering all the pieces required to build Bravura, level 75 for Amaretta's WAR, but when trading to the blank ???, nothing happens.

Does anyone have any insight on how to fix this? Also, do GMs still exist in game anymore?

If I had to guess, without looking at the wiki, I'm going to bet you're at the wrong ??? or possibly have the wrong items. You need to be specific in your problem.

Do you have;

Abaddon Killer
Necropsyche
Seraphic Fragment
10,000 Byne Bill x 1

The ??? is on the fountain, it's actually a blank space, on the north side

Also, they do.... but they take 2 damn hours to answer calls, and are completely useless when they do answer.
