Steps:
1. Examined the Hazy Rune to give the KI, then again to pop the NM
2. Fought Arcus Blades behind the Strange Apparatus which lasted about 3 minutes.
3. The mob didn't die immediately after getting to 1%, but took about 10 seconds to disappear.
4. Did not get any verbal confirmation of fight's end, nor did I receive any drops.
5. Returned to Octavinost to obtain another KI, but he repeats the same things he told be before the fight.
6. Examined Amchuchu's Laboratory, but it was locked tight.
7. Returned to the Strange Apparatus to see if I could fight again, but only received the message that it was cold.
8. Examined the meeting point in Outer Ra'Kaznar, but nothing happened.
9. Waited 1 earth day to try again, but same results.
