Unable to complete coming full circle with augmented Death Penalty

1. I recieved death penalty and immediately started upgrading it.
2. Now I want to do another mythic, but can't because I need to finish coming fullcircle.
3. I have gone to the tomb stone, the gate, and Naja and no one will give me the cutscene to finish coming full circle.
4. I believe it to be caused by the new item ID associated with augmented Death Penalty. I have spoken to someone who has had a very similar experience with the ranger mythic.

good call. I dunno how I did that. must have been left there from the template I copy and pasted. SE acknowledged it in the patchnotes so hopefully they fix it soon.
