1. talk to npc to reserve ballista, the date and time on the log talking to npc and on reservation are correct.
2. reserve ballista and receive ballista whitebook from npc
3. the date on the book is 5th jan 2002 so when you trade to the npc to enter ballista, you are told the book is out of date and to discard it.
the date on the ballista whitebook needs to be reset to current date and time.
