Abyssea time extension

When I try to extend my time in abyssea it says one stone will give me 60 mins for a total of x amount of minutes but when I accept I only get 5 mins extension. It has happened to me in three abyssea location so far

Basically there is a soft cap of max base time that caps at 120 minutes when you enter abyssea and it's based on your remaining time when you first get visitant status on entry, and when gaining time extensions that also adds on to the base time towards the soft cap. If you had 60 minutes remaining on entry you will cap your base time when extending by 60 minutes with stones OR by gaining 6 time extensions from chests or if you gained 4 time extensions then tried to extend more time by the visitant NPC you only will gain 20 more minutes towards the soft cap and won't be able to turn in more stones.
