1.) Get 3000TP
2.) Use weapon skill resolution or upheaval; experience lower weapon skill accuracy than before the patch.

Me and my friend do a lot of testing to optimize our weapon skill damage as warriors, this has been our go-to testing grounds, before WSD got bugged we also did a lot of testing and we had on average about 97% ws acc.
After WSD was applied, our average accuracy jumped to roughly 98% in our fairly extensive testing.
Now that WSD has been removed, we are experiencing a drop down to roughly 92% WS accuracy, now we all know random number generators be random, but with our fairly extensive testing, this seems bugged to us.
All of our weapon skills are used at 3000tp during our testing, to remove potential TP difference modifiers as we want as accurate numbers as possible.

It is hard to tell what they have changed to fix the wsd but I havent noticed any ws accuracy issues with the update, seems to work pretty similar to before the update.
