Can't start quest the lost cardian

After talking to Bozz, I've zoned a couple of times, it's now a different day, I've talked to Monberaux ~20 times and he has not yet said anything about the two of swords. My Jueno reputation is level 9. Any ideas?

Obvious question, but you did finish Cook's Pride? What stage of this process are you certain you completed if so.

Walkthrough

The Two of Swords has gone missing. Nobody knows where he has gone off to.
(speak to these two) Teigero-Bangero and Panta-Putta tell you they haven't seen it.
Speak to Bozz in Upper Jeuno at (G-9).
Next, speak to Monberaux in Upper Jeuno (opposite of where Bozz is), who tells you he found the Two of Swords after he shut himself down because Panta-Putta broke his heart.
He gives you the KeyItemTwo of Swords, the reward and title.
You may have to talk to him several times (up to 7), even if he repeats things he has already said relating to other quests and/or missions.

It is only after receiving this cut scene from Monberaux that this quest will appear in your completed quest menu and the next quest The Kind Cardian will show up in the current quest log.
