    I'm missing key item after I transfer from a different server. Now I can't start or complete the mission.

    Advancing to this mission requires the completion of quests tied to your nation of allegiance in the past. Have you completed these?

    Bastion: Light in the Darkness
    Sandy: Boy and the Beast
    Windy: Knot Quite There
