Equipped my skill gear for a combined skill of 477 geomancy and 453 handbell combined 930 with idris and dunna equipped and casted indi refresh and am only getting 6 mp/tic. Should be getting 16mp/tic. Same thing occurs with geo refresh only 6 mp/tic.
