Steps:I was doing fine in garden with pets until cactaur. it grew to stage 2 2 stars and I fed it sunflower seeds and it stayed at 2 for a week. so I killed him and regrew him 7x. most of the time he comes back for only 2 stars on the lower level. but I now have him at 1 star 2nd tier and hes froze again. this happened to both my characters. I feed him distilled water to move him up and sometimes it helps but this just keeps freezing on me.

It's MEANT to do that. Cactus is the most difficult pet to raise and takes the longest. Stop doing that.
