While rampage may beat Guillotine DMG wise

Scythe will beat axes by alot on Melee DMG (more attack, more haste and Last resort, More dps)
Then the loss is WS DMG will be made up by the higher WS rate u get via /SAM.
The Augmented Axes from Dominion are rather Decent. But I do think your point stands. Though i Have seem some hilarious Soul-Eater + Rampage numbers :P
