Coming back as a DRK

Outside abyssea i can beat SAMs but i can't beat Ukko WARs which is what i base my opinion on

Also because theres no attack bonus for Fudo in cases where u need a decent amount of attack to cap pDif Torcleaver does more DMG.

I'm not saying DRK is better all i'm saying is DRK and SAM are close.

FYI Torcleaver doesnt have a attack bonus either, outside Fudo and Torcleaver are about even. Inside Abyssea Fudo is stronger there is no question, unlike Torcleaver Fudo doesnt get penalized by the FSTR cap(STR is Fudo's Mod and there is no cap on Modifiers), and takes advantage of all the Extra STR from buffs inside of abyssea.

In abyssea DMG wise DRK sux in comparison to over DDs because they all have access to crit WS except SAM but SAM wins cause fudos strong STR mod combined with the large STR atmas and STR boost combined with there higher ws freq That being said we do enough DMG to kill anything it's jusr slower

As for Outside thats also what i said because DRK can cap out attack Torcleaver can beat Fudo sititationaly but where SAM can cap out attack easily it will prolly beat DRK like i said it's close.

I guess when i said i can beat SAMs u took it as i can beat them 100% of the time which isn't the case what i meant is outside vs a Fudo SAM it's close enough that i will out DD them sometimes unlike abyssea where they just win.

SAM is hardly bad, outside of Abyssea Fudo SAM is still the reigning DD champion. The game seems to be moving in a different direction away from Abyssea, and this is a change I welcome.

you need to play with some real war's then good sir.

but honestly its silly. Rampage spikes up higher than guillotine and more frequent. Plus add in all the dot from crits. I wish that i was joking.

Maybe sititaionaly Torcleaver DRK can beat it overall imo

Real point is if ya a Axe/Ridil DRK why arn't you on WAR

well I'm not. I still use my apoc in abyssea. But for your non-relic player it beats out scythe pretty badly if you have a decent rampage set.

Also I have ukon, and I'm doing Caladbolg atm. Drk always will be my favorite job but I play war mostly for my ls. Red proc machine etc.

Not really, it would be true if DRK had access to a good lvl 90 axe but honestly the 75 axes will hold you back.

While rampage may beat Guillotine DMG wise

Scythe will beat axes by alot on Melee DMG (more attack, more haste and Last resort, More dps)
Then the loss is WS DMG will be made up by the higher WS rate u get via /SAM.
