    Issue with capacity ring.

    My last 2 capacity rings have only let my use 1 charge and then it is used up. All charges are gone and it's red and says 0/7.

    Ditto.. Although my CP ring rings are never 'wasted'.

    OP needs to use Template, in case its a zone issue.

    Yes, that is what has happened twice. I have gotten another ring since and it's working fine. But only after wasting 10 k sparks prior to that.
