Ambuscade Resin only 10 this month

I'm not sure if this was intentional but only 10 total resin are available from hallmarks and gallantry. In the march update preview SE announced:

First up is Ambuscade. AS we mentioned in the most recent Freshly-picked Vana’diel, we’re expanding the number of slots for augments on job-specific capes. Most of these new augments are defensive in nature, and there are a variety of effects that we’re sure you’ll love to get your hands on. Each month you can get enough materials for up to three capes’ worth of new augments, allowing for some strategic decision making.

The numbers I said in the post above yours. 5 per cape. 15 total. They only gave 10 this month.

We looked into this matter and due to an issue the amount of maximum exchange items were set to a lower number than what was planned.

We would like to address this immediately; however, we're currently in the middle of replacing the necessary hardware to continue our operations, and unless it is a critical issue where players aren't able to progress through the game, we aren't able to address the other issues temporarily.

In addition to this, we also have the Return Home to Vana'diel Campaign currently underway, and this would affect the house those returning players may have available. Therefore, we have decided to proceed with the current status.

We do believe there were many players planning to upgrade three pieces, so are planning to add the amount lost this months amount to the Ambuscade scheduled for next month.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your understanding.

It's not compensation if you still have to earn it, and earn it by getting additional gallantry next month would make it unreasonable.
