    "Resist X" clarification please.

    Can a SE Community Rep please tell us what "Resist X" traits ("Resist Silence", "Resist Stun", etc.) actually cap at? Do they cap at 100%? 50%? And can you guys actually give us a quantified list of what some of the old gear that has the generic 'Enhances "Resist X" effect' actually gives (Icecrack Ring, Stormsoul Ring, etc.)? There is no way to easily test this stuff and it's been 15 years... would be nice to know.

    ...or to know if they actually work alone on the gears at all without any special casts, abilities activated and anything else that relates to them in being on the gears for resists, etcetera?

    There is no gear in the game that does not function independently of Job Traits, (except for Dual Wield.) We don't need to know IF it works, we need to know HOW MUCH it helps.

    Can we get an actual explanation, including values, for what Resist <Status> +1 actually does and how it functions if it happens to be a derived stat? Same for Resist <Element> +1.
