    EU Information Centre Services Unavailable (Feb. 28)

    We regret to announce that due to the severe weather conditions, we have been forced to close the EU Support Centre early today.
    As a result chat, email and phone services will be unavailable for the remainder of today, February 28th.

    We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We hope to resume full support services from 10:00 (GMT) tomorrow and updates will follow as soon as additional information becomes available.

    We thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

    EU Information Centre Services Unavailable (Feb. 28) - Follow up

    As a result of the worsening weather conditions in the UK, we're very sorry to inform you that EU Support Centre services will remain unavailable on Thursday, March 1st.

    Please rest assured that we are doing all we can to resume services as quickly as possible, while also ensuring the safety of all Square Enix Support team members.

    Please accept our sincere apologies for the continued inconvenience that this may cause. We'll continue to monitor the situation and provide you with updates as they become available.

    EU Information Centre Limited Service (Feb. 28): Follow up 2

    We are pleased to inform you we will resume limited email assistance from tomorrow, Friday 2 March at 9:00 (GMT). Chat and phone services will remain unavailable until further notice due to the continuing severe weather, which is necessitating that the EU Support Centre team runs with minimal staff.

    We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

    We’re hoping to resume full support services by Monday 5 March, 9:00 (GMT) and will update as additional information becomes available.

    Recovery from EU Information Centre Limited Services (Mar. 02)

    After a spell of extreme weather in the UK, which forced us to close the EU Support Centre, we are pleased to announce that full support services have now resumed sooner than expected. Assistance by chat, email and phone is once again available.
