    You need to fill out the specific Tech Support template.

    Could be a temporary ISP issue.

    Try rebooting your router.

    A 1160 error means that the game cannot download the appropriate patch files.

    I will agree with the above poster, try resetting your router.

    Do you have a wired or wireless connection? It is recommended that you use a wired connection using an ethernet cable.
