I'm not sure where exactly to leave this but here seemed like a good enough place.

I just put in a ticket for an in game issue for the first time in years and I had a GM respond to me within about 10 minutes assisting me with my concern.

That GM was Iluvoratin and they were extremely patient, helpful and assisted with a process needed to potentially resolve my issue.

I am not sure if it will be resolved or not, but hopefully the team can pull through and locate what they are looking for.

Oh, but please make it easier to contact a GM in game. Finding the right menu was hard work (or is it working as intended? ).
